UHMWPE fiber soft shackle

This soft shackle is fully constructed with UHMWPE fiber for both inner and outer layers, serving as a high-strength, lightweight and safe replacement for traditional metal shackles.

 

* Ultra-high Strength 
Tensile strength is about 10–15 times that of steel, and its specific strength (strength/density) is more than 10 times that of steel wire, reaching 3–3.5GPa.
 
* Extreme Lightweight 
The density is only 0.97g/cm³, lighter than water and floatable; under the same strength, the weight is about 1/8 of steel shackles.
 
* Low Elongation & High Energy Absorption 
Elongation at break is less than 3.5%, keeping stable under force with no easy deformation. It produces almost no rebound when broken, avoiding the high-speed flying risk of fractured metal shackles.

* Super Durability 
Rust-proof permanently, with excellent resistance to corrosion, UV rays and aging. Its wear resistance is 10 times that of nylon, and it is not easy to break after repeated bending.
